Note: Tickets cannot be booked offline or by phone calls. IRCTC is the only authorized platform.
Ticket Price List (2025-26 Reference)
The ticket prices are fixed by the Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority (UCADA). While 2026 rates will be announced soon, here are the standard rates from the previous season to help you plan your budget:

Required Documents for Booking
Before the booking window opens, you must have these three things ready. The system will not allow you to proceed without them:
- Valid ID Proof: Aadhar Card or Passport is mandatory for all passengers.
- Char Dham Registration: You must register on registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in first. You will need the Group ID from there.
- Mobile Number: Keep your phone handy for OTP verification during login and payment.
Step-by-Step Booking Process
Follow this exact procedure to secure your seats successfully:
- Create an Account: Go to the IRCTC HeliYatra website and click on 'Sign Up'. Create your login credentials.
- Verify Registration: After logging in, enter your Char Dham Yatra Registration Group ID. The system will validate your dates.
- Select Slot: Choose your preferred Helipad (Phata, Sirsi, or Guptkashi) and your desired date/time slot.
- Passenger Details: Enter the Name, Age, and ID number of all travelers exactly as per their ID proofs.
- Payment: Complete the online payment. Once successful, your ticket will be generated instantly. Download and print it.
Group Limit: You can book a maximum of 6 passengers with one user ID. For larger groups (up to 12), use the Group Booking feature.
