Arrive in Haridwar and check into your hotel. Spend your day exploring the spiritual heart of the city. Visit the hilltop temples of Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi via ropeway, and take a walk through the bustling local markets. In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri.
Start early after breakfast for the scenic drive into the high Himalayas towards Joshimath. En route, you will pass through the sacred confluences of Devprayag (where Bhagirathi and Alaknanda meet to form the Ganga), Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, and Nandprayag. You will also get a chance to take darshan at Dhari Devi Temple. Arrive in Joshimath by evening and check-in to your hotel.
After breakfast, drive up to the pristine ski-resort town of Auli. Since the main Joshimath-Auli Ropeway is currently not operational, you will reach Auli by road. Once there, enjoy the open Chairlift ride (chargeable directly) that takes you higher up the slopes, offering spectacular views of the Nanda Devi peak. Visit the Auli Artificial Lake and the Skiing points. Return to your hotel in Joshimath by evening.
After an early breakfast, check out and begin the drive down to Rishikesh. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. In the evening, explore the famous suspension bridges—Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula. Experience the magical Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan or relax at a riverside café.
Enjoy breakfast and head out to see Neer Waterfall or the historic Beatles Ashram. If you seek thrills, optional river rafting is available. In the afternoon, your cab will drive you back to Haridwar for your final drop-off, concluding a wonderful journey.
