Are the Ganga Aartis at Haridwar and Rishikesh different?
Yes, they offer very different experiences. The Parmarth Niketan Aarti in Rishikesh is highly serene, musical, and usually attended while sitting peacefully by the banks. In contrast, the Har Ki Pauri Aarti in Haridwar is incredibly grand, highly energetic, and steeped in ancient tradition. We include both so you can experience the full spiritual spectrum.
How long is the drive from Rishikesh to Mussoorie?
The drive from Rishikesh to Mussoorie via Dehradun usually takes about 2.5 to 3 hours covering around 80 kms. It is a very scenic and comfortable drive on well-maintained roads. Since we stop at Sahastradhara and Robber's Cave in Dehradun en route, the journey is broken up beautifully.
Are the ropeway tickets included for the temples?
No, ropeway (cable car) tickets for Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi in Haridwar, or Gun Hill in Mussoorie are not included in the base price. However, your driver will guide you to the ticketing counters where you can easily purchase them directly.
Can we include River Rafting in Rishikesh? Is it safe?
Absolutely! River rafting is not included in the base package due to varying personal preferences and water levels, but it can be easily arranged as an add-on. We only work with certified operators who provide high-quality safety gear (helmets, life jackets) and expert guides to ensure a thrilling yet safe experience.
