1. Booking Policy
- A 25% advance payment (or any specific %) of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining amount must be paid when the trip starts.
- Confirmation will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or SMS after successful payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 30 days before travel: 90% refund
- 15 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before travel: No refund
In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, we will try our best to reschedule the trip or offer partial refunds based on actual expenses.
3. Changes & Modifications
- Any changes in the itinerary or travel dates after confirmation are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Uttarakhand Yatra Expert reserves the right to make small adjustments in the itinerary for safety or weather conditions.
4. Travel & Safety
- Travelers are expected to follow local rules, customs, and environmental guidelines during the trip.
- We are not responsible for delays, natural disasters, roadblocks, or any incidents beyond our control.
- Always carry valid ID proof during the journey.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- Uttarakhand Yatra Expert acts as a booking agent between travelers and hotels, transport providers, or local guides.
- We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage to property or person during the tour.
- All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
6. Privacy Policy
- We value your privacy. Personal details like name, contact number, or email are used only for booking and communication purposes.
- Your information is never shared with any third party without your consent.
7. Hotels & Accommodation
- Uttarakhand Yatra Expert does not own hotels but contracts and manages accommodation providers as part of the operated tour package.
- In case of overbooking or unavailability, Uttarakhand Yatra Expert will arrange comparable alternatives, subject to availability. Liability is limited to the affected service value.
8. Transfers & Transport
- Uttarakhand Yatra Expert coordinates and oversees transfers through contracted transport partners.
- In the event of breakdowns or delays, Uttarakhand Yatra Expert will make reasonable operational efforts to minimize disruption, subject to local conditions and availability.
- Users remain responsible for personal belongings.
